What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- Generate new business across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama
- Educate customers on auto, home, life, and health insurance products
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
- Schedule appointments and close sales opportunities
- Help customers protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses
- Participate in marketing campaigns and community events
- Use CRM systems to track customer interactions and pipeline activity
- Work in a competitive, team-oriented sales environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License REQUIRED
- Active 2-14 or 2-15 Insurance License preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Competitive and self-motivated personality
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Coachable mindset with a desire to grow
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
