"Very disappointed with how I was treated upon my departure with this office. After selling my car and moving to a different state, this office provided minimal effort in helping me cancel my policy. They were unresponsive, uninformative and condescending when I was able to get ahold of someone. It seems professional and problem solving ends once a customer needs to cancel their policy. Hopefully this is something this office can improve on in the near future."

"I’m dropping my review from 5 stars to 1 star, and let me be clear—this has absolutely nothing to do with Olivia or Jennifer, both of whom have been fantastic. This is entirely because of the staggering incompetence surrounding my policies. First, my mortgage policy wasn't even written in my name. Instead, it was put under my fiancée’s name—and get this—it was the wrong name altogether. As a result, I had to get a refund from my previous insurance company and deal with the hassle of getting my mortgage company to pay out to a new insurance provider, State Farm. But it doesn't end there. As of today, October 7th, my policy is STILL under my fiancée’s name and stuck in underwriting. Perfect timing, right? Especially with hurricanes looming. On top of that, my personal property policy was completely botched. Now I’m on the hook to cover the difference in payments to bring the policy back to the original (and already inflated) amount because, once again, it was written incorrectly. The level of incompetence at this office is beyond belief. If you’re considering State Farm, do yourself a favor and find another office—one with an agent who actually gives a damn."

"My experience with this branch has been unsatisfactory. I was called by an employee named Paige who told me that they would be able to give me a better deal on homeowners and car insurance.I didn't even call them, they contacted me. I let her know what my current rates were and the quotes I was receiving from other insurance providers. She then has an agent named Desmond reach out to me, and I was told that they would beat the quotes I was given. After deciding on which coverage I wanted, I let him know that I would like for my due date to be the 19th and that I could make the payment immediately and wouldn't have anything to worry about. He even called Progressive for me and had me speak to them to cancel the current policy that I had. Apparently I do have something to worry about, because after sending several emails, to which I received no response, and asking over the phone when I was contacted to send them a copy of my safe driving certificate. Because now, after getting on the phone with this office, because no has answered my emails, I was told that my homeowners policy was canceled by underwriting and no one told me. I even spoke to Desmond about it on August 17th and he just said that underwriting takes 10 business days and I let him know it's been over a month. The office manager told me over the phone that there are clear notes in my file, so she doesn't know why my agent never notified me, or even let me know when I asked him over the phone a week ago. They had no problem pressuring me to give them the payment before my due date, yet they can't find the time to answer emails or even just look at the notes in my files when I call to give me necessary information. And to add insult to injury, since my auto policy was bundled with my homeowners, I now also have to also get new car insurance, which Paige and Desmond failed to mention when they called me to ask for my safe driving certificate. This has been an extremely poor experience with this branch."
