"We are first time home buyers and have been shopping for affordable homeowners insurance policies for several weeks. I reached out to State Farm and was sent a quote via email with a price that was more than half of what other companies had quoted. Sonya Perdue called me and took care of everything I needed to get this policy going, sent the binder to our loan officer, and explained all the things I needed clarification on. She did not pressure me to bundle auto policies like every other agent had. Instead, she offered to run the numbers whenever I felt like sending her our vehicle info, but kept the focus of our call on what I was actually needing. She was very personable, professional and friendly. So much that it reminded me of being back home and interacting with a local agent that had known us for years. We have moved around a lot in the last 16 years of my husbands active duty military service, so having an almost instant connection like that from a fellow Georgia girl was extremely refreshing! Hands down the best experience dealing with an insurance company. Sonya is great at what she does and it’s obvious she enjoys her work. I’m very grateful for her thoughtfulness and being so thorough in assuring our policy was exactly what we were looking for, and she saved us so much money! Thank you Sonya for what you do! "Jone's office cancelled my homeowner's insurance days before a major hurricane was forecast to hit. Not only did they leave a first time homebuyer only weeks into his policy completely vulnerable, they waited seventeen days to inform me of the cancellation. I had no idea I was uninsured through a hurricane until afterwards. When I was told I would have to pay for an additional inspection for the privilege of renewing my policy through this agent I immediately got a policy with USAA. Their customer service is better, and I have greater coverage for less now. 🙂"
"We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how stressful it must have been to face a hurricane without feeling fully covered. Our goal is never to put our customers in that position. To provide context, when your policy was issued, our underwriting team required an additional inspection to finalize coverage. We reached out multiple times to help complete this step, but unfortunately the inspection wasn’t scheduled before the required deadline. Because of that, the policy was cancelled per underwriting guidelines. We completely understand your decision to move your insurance elsewhere and are glad you were able to secure coverage. While we regret that things didn’t work out with our office, we do appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our communication and service."

"This location is great. Staff worked hard to get me great rate for car & home insurance. Have helpful suggestions Update......while I did give them 5 stars in beginning....they unfortunately lost many stars. I truly regret leaving alstate, as I was locked into a policy for 20+ years... while that rate slowly raised, I was sweet-talked into thinking that state farm was the better choose.....by this office! I horribly realized that the new rate from state farm was bait-and-switch. As the underwriters took a discount away few days later....stating I was not suppost to be offered it. And 1st renewal the rate skyrocketed!!!!! Way above my alstate. And rates continue to skyrocket. I'm now financially struggling because my car insurance is taking up way more than 10% of my total income. Just car insuance!!!!! Car insurance!!!!!! Single Parents can not afford that kind of over highexpense. So.....ive had to get less coverage to get bill down. And it's still waaay more than what alstate was. So staff get snippy with me and yell me to go back to alstate them. I can't get my old policy back...as I was grandfathered into it 20+ years ago.their new policies are expensive too. If I was told entire truth upfront, I would have made an educated choose and never left alstate to begin with. Ohhhh. Fun fact. I have home owners policy with state farm too....so I can bundle & save. But every 6 month renewal of car insurance they take my bundle discount away & my rate skyrockets. I have to call every 6 months to beg them to talk to underwriters to give it back. And calling office & talking to staff is NOT that easy at times. It might not be the fault of office that underwriters play tricks....but I dont care who is at fault. Stare farm is state farm. All employees are the face of the company. Anyone that royally misses up & force customers to suffer consiquence.....that's every employees problem untill it's fixed. Parallel....if my car's fuel pump went bad.....the entire car can't run & entire car needs to go to shop for repair. Untill it's fixed I'm car-less and need alternative transportation. I don't understand went this company just blows off the fact that it's broken. So what you got to do to fix it so the company can run smooth again. But staff don't care. I just get heartless remarks about its not their problem. Lesson learned...never trust a sales person that presents you a good offer. There more facts that need to be told 1st....before make unreversable choose."

"Very disappointed with how I was treated upon my departure with this office. After selling my car and moving to a different state, this office provided minimal effort in helping me cancel my policy. They were unresponsive, uninformative and condescending when I was able to get ahold of someone. It seems professional and problem solving ends once a customer needs to cancel their policy. Hopefully this is something this office can improve on in the near future."

"Got into an accident that wasnt my fault but because there was a payout of my PIP my insurance was canceled. Do not use State Farm. They are a racket. I have submitted a complaint to the Insurance commission and everyone else that has been dropped by them needs to do it too!"
