"I Did the switch.
I started searching for auto insurance and compared 3 companies. Found that I was being over charged for months approximately $200.00 by what supposed to be the best rate. When quoted by SF, my primium was exactly that. Plus I also have home owners insurance so received another $400.00 discount. Now I have multiply bundle which has saved me $600.00 a and a total of $200.00 a month. Saving money is in everyones scope today.

"I deleted my review sometime ago but this was the worse insurance agency I had to deal with. Beware of Nicole! She will add on services you don’t need. Added life insurance and didn’t even explain to me. They also messed up my homeowner insurance policy and it kicked me out after few months. After they get business they aren’t as helpful either. Glad I don’t have to deal with them ever again!

Replying back- I’m writing this review since this was the worse agency I have ever worked with. When I told you about what Nicole did, you gaslit me and didn’t even apologized for it. I had to call the corporate to complain about her. If your customer tells you that your employee added a service that was not needed without educating them, try to solve it and listen instead of making them feel like they are in wrong. I have the insurance policy email so don’t tell me I’m lying. I just attached the photo too. Have a great day!"
