As a leader, you will help empower our agency team by implementing and supporting office policies and goals, and by consistently ensuring sales success for our Team and our customers. By training, coaching, and assisting other team members, you will help create smooth operations and achieve continued growth for our agency.   • Support and implement office policies and goals, while continually looking for opportunities to improve.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations of the agency.
  • Train, coach, and assist agency Team Members.
  • Assist with customer interactions on complex issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Several years of proven success in a insurance agency.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • State Farm experience IS A MUST AND REQUIREMENT.
  • MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY- INSURANCE LICENSE
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
  • Ability to work in and manage a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively train, coach, and assist team members.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must have an Active 2044 and/or 220 License
